Msi burn recovery partition error

I continually received a blue screen error and it restarted. Short of temporarily pulling my SSD, re-inserting the MSI hard drive and creating a MSI Burn Recovery file, is there any alternatives? The only other option I thought of was I was going to tell Windows to boot from the USB MSI hard drive instead of the SSD drive, go into MSI Burn Recovery and create a quick backup, but for some reason Windows wouldn't completely load off the MSI hard drive when plugged into a USB SATA cable as an external drive. Is there a way to point the MSI Burn Recovery software to a recovery partition on another drive or USB drive? Does this backup of the recovery partition do anything for me in and of itself? So now I have a copy of the MSI hard drive recovery partition, but what, if anything, is that partition copy going to do for me? I can't run MSI Burn Recovery because the software can't find the recovery partition on my SSD drive and there doesn't appear to be a way to point the software to a partition not located on the main drive. img file of that recovery partition from the MSI hard drive. Please make sure current OS HDD is in the master hdd.

Please make sure the disk partitions layout is factory default setting. When I first received my PE60 I migrated the hard drive to the Samsung 850 using Samsung's migration feature. So i decided to try to factory reset my laptop today, so i went into the msi recovery system and 5 second after the loading for the factory reset start i always get the same message: 1.
